Ministery of Petroleum and Mineral Resources said that the Egyptian billionaire and founder of Orascom Telecom Holding, Naguib Sawiris, is planning to inject huge investments in gold exploration in Egypt.
Sawiris met with petroleum officials last week to reveal his plans to invest in mining sector, particularly gold exploration, Al Masry Al Youm newspaper said.
